What should I do if I cannot receive the C2C reminder email in my mailbox?
A. When your QQ mailbox, 163 mailbox, 126 mailbox cannot receive C2C email, you can follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your mailbox ;
2. Click "Settings";
3. Click "Anti-Spam/Blacklist";
4. Click "Add Whitelist";
5. Enter "C2C" in the dialog box, and then click the "OK" button;
B. When your outlook mailbox and hotmail mailbox cannot receive C2C mail, you can follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your mailbox ;
2. Click the "Settings" button in the upper right corner of the mailbox, and then click "View all Outlook settings"
3. Click "Junk Email";
4. Click the "+" button under "Safe Sender and Domain";
5. Enter "c2c.com", "c2c.de", "c2c.fr" and other domain names, and press Enter button;
